The board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25 on May 29, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditors M/s Shankar & Kishor. On a standalone basis, the company posted a net loss of Rs 9.90 lakh for FY25 versus a profit of Rs 3,223.03 lakh in FY24, a dramatic swing. Standalone total revenue collapsed to Rs 634.92 lakh from Rs 3,501.42 lakh (down ~82%), and Q4 alone saw a net loss of Rs 1,074.53 lakh. On a consolidated basis (including wholly-owned subsidiary Twentyfirst Century Shares & Securities), revenue jumped to Rs 11,295.16 lakh from Rs 3,859.29 lakh, with net profit of Rs 1,233.77 lakh (EPS Rs 11.75 vs Rs 30.64). The board also recommended appointing M/s Lakshmmi Subramanian and Associates as secretarial auditors for FY26–FY30.
Standalone performance is sharply negative with a loss and a steep revenue drop, while consolidated results remain profitable but show lower earnings per share. Short-term borrowings nearly tripled (Rs 1,305 lakh vs Rs 417 lakh) and standalone operating cash flow turned sharply negative (Rs -662 lakh), raising caution despite the clean audit opinion.
