31st AGM held under Resolution Professional; FY26 accounts tabled

Impex Ferro Tech's 31st AGM was held on Sep 30, 2026 via video conferencing and chaired by Resolution Professional Ashok Kumar Sarawagi, indicating the company is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. Around 63 members attended. Only one ordinary resolution, adoption of the FY25-26 audited accounts and Directors and Auditors reports, was taken up.
