Compulsory delisting of Poddar Housing shares effective October 16, 2026

NSE has informed members about the compulsory delisting of Poddar Housing and Development Limited's equity shares effective October 16, 2026. The delisting is being carried out under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI Delisting of Equity Shares Regulations 2021, Section 21A of the Securities Contract Regulation Act 1956, the SCRR 1957, and the Bye-Laws of NSE. Trading in the shares on the exchange will be discontinued from the effective date.
