BGR Energy Systems has informed that the NCLAT hearing on its appeal against the NCLT insolvency order was adjourned to 30 July 2026. The earlier suspension of the NCLT order, granted by the court, has been extended and will remain in force until the next hearing. The company is yet to receive the written adjournment order and will update exchanges on further developments.
