Physicswallah filed Q2 FY26 results post-IPO. Standalone revenue up 29% YoY to INR 8,958 million; Q2 PAT at INR 891 million. However H1 turned to INR 85 million loss versus INR 689 million profit earlier on higher employee and ad costs. Consolidated H1 also showed INR 573 million loss. Ad spend surged to INR 1,739 million in H1 from INR 1,075 million. Acquired Sarrthi (40 percent stake) for INR 950 million in September.
First post-IPO results show strong revenue momentum but profitability pressured by high costs. H1 swung to loss, may concern short-term investors.
