This approval is pursuant to section 30(6) and section 31(1) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Resolution Professional is Anil Kohli of ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP, acting during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The company will submit the written order along with details of the approved plan separately after receipt. The company's registered office was vacated on 30.12.2024 and is now operating from Mohali, Punjab.
