A-1 Limited (formerly A-1 Acid Limited) has fixed Wednesday, December 31, 2025 as the record date for a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:1, meaning three bonus equity shares of ₹10 face value for every one existing share held. A total of 3,45,00,000 (3.45 crore) bonus shares will be issued, with the deemed date of allotment on January 1, 2026 and effective listing on BSE from January 2, 2026. Shareholders on the record date will receive the bonus shares credited to their demat accounts by noon on January 1, 2026.
Eligible shareholders will receive three additional shares for every share they hold, increasing their share count fourfold. The share price will adjust downward proportionally on the ex-date, so the overall investment value remains unchanged, though higher liquidity and a larger shareholder base could support trading interest.
