ABM Knowledgeware reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 3,073.91 lakhs, up about 8.8% from Rs 2,824.05 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue rose roughly 7.8% YoY to Rs 7,793.40 lakhs. However, profitability weakened sharply: consolidated PAT attributable to owners fell to Rs 191.62 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 350.94 lakhs a year earlier (down ~45%), and for nine months dropped to Rs 767.44 lakhs from Rs 1,068.15 lakhs (down ~28%). Standalone Q3 net profit declined to Rs 243.20 lakhs from Rs 372.12 lakhs. Employee benefit expenses surged around 20% YoY, driving significant profit margin compression even as revenue grew. The statutory auditors issued a clean limited review with no qualifications, modifications, or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
Although top-line growth continues, sharply rising employee costs have squeezed profits, which is likely to be viewed negatively by investors. Watch margin trends in the coming quarters; cost discipline will be key to sentiment around the stock.
