ACS Technologies Limited (formerly LN Industries India Limited) announced audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with a proposal to issue share warrants (subject to shareholder approval). Standalone revenue from operations rose ~38% to ₹11,154.10 lakhs (FY25) from ₹8,079.51 lakhs (FY24), while consolidated revenue grew ~54% to ₹12,658.05 lakhs. Standalone net profit increased modestly by ~9% to ₹457.99 lakhs (from ₹419.90 lakhs), and consolidated PAT grew ~13% to ₹483.70 lakhs. Operating cash flow improved sharply to ₹1,540.85 lakhs (standalone) from ₹165.95 lakhs a year ago. The statutory auditor (Gorantla & Co) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line growth signals business expansion, but weaker PAT growth and a sharp EBITDA margin compression (from ~13% to ~9%) suggest rising costs are eating into profitability. The proposed share warrant issuance could dilute existing shareholders if approved at the upcoming AGM/EGM.
