ACS Technologies Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew ~38% to ₹11,154 lakhs (vs ₹8,080 lakhs last year), while net profit rose modestly ~9% to ₹458 lakhs (vs ₹420 lakhs). Consolidated revenue grew even faster at ~54% to ₹12,658 lakhs with net profit of ₹484 lakhs (~13% growth). The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. Operating cash flows were healthy at ₹1,541 lakhs standalone. The Board also approved a proposal to issue share warrants, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM/EGM.
Strong top-line growth signals healthy business expansion, but the much smaller growth in net profit indicates margin pressure from rising operating costs. The proposed share warrant issuance, if approved, could lead to equity dilution for existing shareholders.
