ACS Technologies reported strong Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 4,198.10 lakh in Q3 FY26, up about 40% from Rs 2,995.25 lakh in Q3 FY25; for the nine months, standalone revenue grew to Rs 8,998.21 lakh from Rs 7,391.01 lakh, roughly 22% YoY. Standalone net profit jumped to Rs 258.40 lakh (Q3) and Rs 527.23 lakh (9M), almost five times and nearly double the prior-year periods respectively, with 9M EPS at Rs 0.87 vs Rs 0.45. On a consolidated basis, revenue reached Rs 6,714.32 lakh in Q3 (vs Rs 3,608.63 lakh) and Rs 14,302.43 lakh for 9M (vs Rs 8,565.97 lakh), while consolidated net profit tripled in the quarter to Rs 308.92 lakh and doubled over 9M to Rs 628.06 lakh. The auditor (Gorantla & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The company operates in IT/ITES services and includes one subsidiary, Iotiq Innovations Pvt Ltd.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth across both standalone and consolidated numbers signals robust business momentum, likely to be viewed positively by investors; PAT margins have expanded sharply year-on-year, though investors should watch finance costs which have risen alongside revenue.
