On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

On 3 September 2026, shareholders passed a special resolution allowing equity shares to be issued on a preferential basis to convert an outstanding unsecured loan. Of 2,65,10,586 valid votes, 99.9957 percent supported the proposal and 1,128 votes opposed it.
The conversion may reduce debt, but the new equity issuance could dilute existing shareholders and give the lender a shareholding in the company.
