A-One Steels settled an NCLT case filed by Shri Khatu Shyam Ispat Udyog LLP under Section 9 of the IBC. The matter has been amicably resolved for about Rs 3.80 crore, payable in two equal installments of Rs 1.90 crore each. The first installment was paid on October 15, 2026, and the second is due by end of October 2026. No compensation or penalty applies. NCLT will list the matter on November 6, 2026, to confirm settlement implementation and dispose the case.
