The board approved unaudited half-year results for 30 September 2025. Revenue from operations rose 54% to Rs 12.22 crore from Rs 7.94 crore; September-quarter revenue rose 82% to Rs 7.97 crore. However, half-year profit after tax was Rs 1.97 crore, nearly unchanged from Rs 1.96 crore, as operating expenses rose and margins narrowed. Net operating cash flow increased to Rs 3.20 crore from Rs 1.48 crore. The limited review found no issues.
Revenue growth and cash flow are positive, but flat profit and lower margins weaken the earnings case, making the near-term stock impact mixed.
