On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than its Housing Finance Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the half year ended September 30, 2026, assets under management grew 20% year on year to INR 326.4 billion, while disbursements rose 21% to INR 46.1 billion. Profit after tax was INR 5.9 billion, up 17% as reported and 22% after excluding ESOP costs. Spread was 5.7%, gross non-performing assets 1.3%, and net worth INR 82 billion.
Strong growth and stable asset quality are positive, but the rising loan book and ESOP expense may limit near-term profit gains.
