Aaron Industries posted Q2 FY26 revenue of 2224.22 lakhs, up about 22% YoY from 1829.29 lakhs. Half year revenue rose 17% to 4148.22 lakhs. However, net profit fell to 139.47 lakhs in Q2 (down 23% YoY) and 245.38 lakhs in H1 (down 33% YoY), as expenses climbed faster than sales. Profit before tax stood at 249.49 lakhs for Q2 and 457.23 lakhs for H1. Company also issued bonus shares 1:1 and revised its related party transaction policy.
Strong revenue growth but profit margins under pressure. Bonus share issue may lift liquidity and retail participation.
