Aartech Solonics' board approved its audited IndAS standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified auditor opinion. Standalone FY25 revenue rose to ₹3,569.73 lakhs (from ₹3,269.25 lakhs in FY24, up ~9.2%), and standalone profit for the year grew to ₹204.37 lakhs (from ₹144.29 lakhs, up ~42%). Consolidated FY25 profit jumped to ₹276.42 lakhs (from ₹131.53 lakhs, more than doubling). However, Q4 standalone slipped into a loss of ₹(249.97) lakhs, mainly due to a one-time impairment of ₹393.10 lakhs on the company's investment in UK associate Epsilon Ten Ltd. The auditor (BANCRS & Co. LLP) flagged this impairment and an ongoing dispute with Enerqual Technology as Emphasis of Matter notes. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(191.57) lakhs standalone and ₹(152.16) lakhs consolidated. The board also appointed M/s Simran Khanuja & Co. as internal auditors for FY26 and M/s APVN & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
Full-year earnings growth is positive, but Q4 weakness and the sizable investment write-off, combined with negative operating cash flow and unresolved associate-level disputes, may weigh on investor sentiment in the near term.
