Aartech Solonics Limited has submitted its audited IndAS standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25. Full-year revenue from operations grew to ₹3,569.73 lakhs (standalone) and ₹3,635.22 lakhs (consolidated), up from ₹3,269.25 lakhs and ₹3,274.41 lakhs respectively. Standalone FY25 profit after tax rose to ₹204.37 lakhs (vs ₹144.29 lakhs), but Q4 standalone PAT swung to a loss of ₹249.97 lakhs due to a ₹393.10 lakhs impairment loss on the company's investment in UK-based associate Epsilon Ten Limited. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified (clean) opinion but flagged two Emphasis of Matter paragraphs — one on a dispute with Enerqual Technology and another on the Epsilon Ten impairment. The board also approved the appointment of new internal and secretarial auditors. Operating cash flow turned negative on both standalone (-₹191.57 lakhs) and consolidated (-₹152.16 lakhs) bases.
Positive annual PAT growth and a clean audit opinion are offset by a sharp Q4 loss driven by a one-time impairment and negative operating cash flow, which may raise concerns about core earnings quality. Investors should watch recovery of the Epsilon Ten investment and resolution of the Enerqual dispute, as both remain material uncertainties.
