Aarti Drugs Limited reported standalone total income of ₹15,844 lakh for FY2026, down from ₹18,131 lakh in FY2025 — a ~12.6% revenue decline on a standalone basis. However, consolidated total income grew to ₹2,40,339 lakh from ₹2,19,162 lakh in the prior year, reflecting the contribution from subsidiaries including a large Indian subsidiary (Pinnacle Life Science / Aarti Speciality Chemicals) and foreign subsidiaries (Pharma Go SpA, Tripharma Chile SpA). Standalone PAT grew ~16% to ₹5,174 lakh (PY: ₹4,455 lakh). Consolidated PAT was ₹16,810 lakh (PY: ₹16,816 lakh), marginally flat. The Board declared an un-modified audit opinion, re-appointed GMVP & Associates LLP as Cost Auditor and M/s Raman S. Shah & Co. as Internal Auditor, and reconstituted the Risk Management Committee by adding Shri Narendra J. Salvi as a member.
Standalone revenue contracted sharply while PAT grew on cost controls; consolidated revenue expanded driven by newly consolidated subsidiaries. Clean audit and stable PAT are positive, but the standalone revenue decline warrants monitoring.
