Aarti Drugs reported strong full-year results for FY2026 ended March 31. Standalone total income jumped 58.7% to ₹2,40,339 lakhs from ₹1,51,508 lakhs, driven by robust pharmaceutical business growth. Profit after tax grew 27.6% to ₹4,055 lakhs from ₹3,184 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including 3 subsidiaries and 2 step-down subsidiaries), total income stood at ₹2,40,339 lakhs with PAT at ₹4,055 lakhs and EPS of ₹2.03. The Board also re-appointed the Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY27, and reconstituted the Risk Management Committee adding one more member. Auditors Gokhale & Sathe issued clean un-modified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong topline growth of ~59% is positive but the PAT growth of ~28% lagged revenue growth, suggesting cost pressures or margin compression. The clean audit opinions and positive operating cash flow of ₹25,414 lakhs (standalone) are reassuring for shareholders.
