Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Consolidated H1 operating revenue rose to Rs6,513 crore from Rs4,216 crore, and PAT increased to Rs325 crore from Rs149 crore. Q2 PAT was Rs170 crore versus Rs106 crore, while operating margin fell to 10.56% from 12.94%. Operating cash flow was Rs398 crore. Exceptional disclosures include a Rs5 crore debenture conversion difference and Rs2 crore proceeds from a subsidiary sale.
Strong revenue and profit growth is positive, but the year-on-year fall in operating margin could limit near-term stock gains.
