Aarti Pharmalabs posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 25,528 lakhs and net profit of Rs 4,384 lakhs. For 9M FY26, standalone net profit fell to Rs 12,599 lakhs from Rs 16,850 lakhs a year ago, about a 25 percent drop. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (30 percent) with February 16 as record date. Results include an exceptional item of Rs 279 lakhs for new labour codes. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on cut-off treatment of an export shipment.
Dividend supports near-term returns, but the 25 percent year-on-year profit decline and exceptional charge may weigh on the stock.
