Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CARE Ratings has downgraded Aarti Surfactants' credit ratings. Long-term bank facilities of about 208.87 crore rupees cut from CARE A minus Stable to CARE BBB plus Stable. Preference shares of 18.50 crore rupees cut from BBB plus to BBB, both Stable. Reason cited is subdued margins in H1 FY26. The company had requested a revision but the rating committee did not upgrade.
Negative for shareholders; signals weaker profitability, may raise future borrowing costs and dent investor confidence in the stock.
