Aashka Hospitals' board met on May 27, 2025 and approved audited financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Net income from operations for FY25 stood at ₹2,264.68 lakhs, marginally down from ₹2,287.39 lakhs in FY24, while total income declined to ₹2,598.54 lakhs from ₹2,708.95 lakhs. Profit after tax jumped to ₹326.61 lakhs from ₹235.78 lakhs (up ~38.5%), boosted by an exceptional item gain of ₹92.63 lakhs. EPS rose to ₹1.40 from ₹1.01. The statutory auditor (Parimal S Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. The board also appointed M/s. S C Bohara & Associates as Internal Auditor and M/s. Suthar & Surti as Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26. Borrowings declined meaningfully and operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹918.99 lakhs.
PAT growth of nearly 39% is positive for shareholders, though much of it came from a one-time exceptional gain rather than core operations, and the top line continues to shrink. The clean audit opinion and debt reduction are reassuring, but investors should watch whether the operational performance can sustain earnings momentum without exceptional support.
