Aavas Financiers posted Q3 FY26 total income of Rs 674.6 cr, up about 13% YoY, with PAT at Rs 170 cr, up 16% YoY. For 9M FY26, PAT rose to Rs 473.2 cr versus Rs 420.4 cr. Interest income grew to Rs 573.8 cr. Asset quality stayed healthy with GNPA at 1.19% and CRAR strong at 46.39%. Board also approved a 15 bps cut in Prime Lending Rate effective March 1, 2026. Joint auditors gave a clean limited review.
Steady profit growth and strong capital adequacy support the stock. The PLR cut may pressure margins but signals competitive positioning in housing finance.
