On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.8 pts more than its Housing Finance Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Management reported H1FY27 disbursements of Rs35.1 billion, up 30%, AUM of Rs248.0 billion, up 16.1% year on year, and net profit of Rs3.5 billion, up 16.4%. Net interest margin was 7.76%, while the operating expense ratio improved to 3.33%. Management expects margins to improve, spreads to remain above 5%, productivity to reach 1.5 files per officer by FY27 and 2 files later, and sees a path to Rs500 billion AUM.
Positive: stronger growth, productivity and expected margin gains support earnings, though higher funding costs and branch expansion execution remain key risks.
