The Board of Directors of Aayush Art And Bullion Limited approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025 at its meeting held on November 13, 2025. Revenue from operations was largely flat at Rs. 4,712.23 lacs versus Rs. 4,719.00 lacs in the same period last year. However, profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 36.65 lacs from Rs. 156.38 lacs, a drop of roughly 77%, largely due to a one-time loss on assignment of loans and advances of about Rs. 29.18 crore sold for only Rs. 8.26 crore. Cash flow from operations was negative at Rs. (144.48) lacs compared to Rs. (4,060.99) lacs in the prior period. The statutory auditor Kapish Jain & Associates issued an unqualified Limited Review Report with no qualifications.
Despite stable top-line numbers, the sharp fall in profits and negative operating cash flow, driven by a large loss on loan assignment, are negatives for shareholders. Investors should monitor whether this loan assignment loss is a one-off or indicative of broader asset-quality concerns, and watch for cash recovery and working capital trends in upcoming quarters.
