Aayush Wellness Limited reported strong revenue growth for Q2 FY26, with total income of ₹4,056.47 lakhs versus ₹1,427.85 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a jump of roughly 184% year-on-year. Net profit rose to about ₹121 lakhs (standalone) from ₹92.28 lakhs, around 31% growth. For the half-year (H1 FY26), total income reached ₹6,384.84 lakhs (up ~152% YoY) and net profit doubled to about ₹237 lakhs. The auditor (AJMS & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. On the standalone balance sheet, total assets grew to ₹1,507.45 lakhs (from ₹864.70 lakhs) while non-current borrowings surged from ₹4.53 to ₹404.53 lakhs, suggesting fresh debt funding for expansion. Standalone operating cash flow was negative at -₹121.87 lakhs, though consolidated operating cash flow was positive at ₹272.29 lakhs. The company also formed two new Indian subsidiaries and a Singapore subsidiary during the period, and declared a small interim dividend of ₹0.025 per share earlier.
The very sharp top-line growth (~184% YoY) is a clear positive signal for shareholders, but profit growth of only ~31% indicates thin margins on the incremental revenue. Rising borrowings and negative standalone operating cash flow are points investors should watch closely even as the company expands internationally.
