Abbott India's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issuing an unmodified opinion. Full-year revenue from operations grew about 9.6% to Rs. 6,409.15 crore, while profit after tax rose roughly 17.7% to Rs. 1,414.44 crore (EPS of Rs. 665.62 vs Rs. 565.28). Q4 standalone revenue stood at Rs. 1,604.59 crore with PAT of Rs. 367.04 crore, up about 27.9% year-on-year. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 475 per share (up from Rs. 410 last year), with record date July 25, 2025 and AGM scheduled for August 13, 2025. The board also appointed Joshi Apte & Associates as cost auditors for FY26 and BNP & Associates as secretarial auditors for FY26-FY30.
A healthy double-digit profit growth and a 15.9% hike in the final dividend signal strong shareholder rewards and continued business momentum. The clean auditor report and routine governance appointments are neutral to positive for the stock.
