Abbott India reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹1,724.04 Cr, up about 6.8% from ₹1,614.28 Cr in Q3 FY25. For nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue grew to ₹5,219.54 Cr versus ₹4,804.56 Cr last year, an 8.6% increase. Net profit for the quarter was ₹375.96 Cr (vs ₹360.78 Cr, up ~4.2%), and for nine months it stood at ₹1,157.09 Cr (vs ₹1,047.40 Cr, up ~10.5%). Basic EPS for the quarter was ₹176.92. The company recognized a one-time incremental employee benefit cost of ₹35.10 Cr due to the New Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025, which pushed up employee expenses sharply. The statutory auditors (Walker Chandiok & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Modest revenue and profit growth with margins slightly compressed in the quarter due to a one-time labour code charge; underlying business remains steady with double-digit profit growth on a nine-month basis, broadly neutral to mildly positive for shareholders.
