ABM International reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 1045.95 lakh in Q2 FY26, down sharply from Rs 1670.29 lakh in Q2 FY25. Half year revenue fell to Rs 2476.28 lakh versus Rs 4583.88 lakh last year. The company posted a loss of Rs 49.49 lakh in H1 FY26 against a profit of Rs 244.50 lakh a year ago. Q2 standalone loss was Rs 40.69 lakh. Cash flow from operations was sharply negative at Rs (460.31) lakh, pulling cash and bank balance down to Rs 262.02 lakh from Rs 764.44 lakh. Statutory auditor Salarpuria and Partners issued an unmodified review report.
Sharp revenue decline and consecutive losses raise red flags. Negative operating cash flow and depleting cash reserves are concerns for shareholders.
