Accedere Limited reported weak Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 72.73 lakhs, down from Rs 98.68 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and nearly flat versus Rs 72.77 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax for Q3 crashed to Rs 0.40 lakhs from Rs 7.75 lakhs in the previous quarter, while on a consolidated basis the company swung to a net loss of Rs 1.79 lakhs (loss of Rs 1.40 lakhs after minority interest) due to subsidiary drag. Nine-month standalone revenue declined about 10% YoY to Rs 246.99 lakhs (from Rs 275.28 lakhs) and standalone PAT fell to Rs 13.96 lakhs from Rs 17.74 lakhs. The wholly-owned subsidiary FreeBird Aerospace reported zero revenue and a Rs 3.45 lakh loss for nine months. The board also approved a 1:10 bonus issue (one bonus share for every 10 held) exclusively for non-promoter shareholders, adding 83,015 shares.
Sharp sequential drop in profitability and YoY revenue decline signal margin pressure, though the bonus issue may provide short-term sentiment support for non-promoter shareholders. Stock could remain volatile given the very small absolute earnings base and the unprofitable subsidiary.
