Accedere Ltd (formerly ECom Infotech India Ltd) announced audited results for FY25 with a strong rebound. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to ₹364.18 lakhs from ₹255.89 lakhs in FY24 (up ~42%), and standalone profit after tax more than doubled to ₹25.40 lakhs from ₹10.93 lakhs, lifting EPS to ₹0.57 from ₹0.24. On a consolidated basis (including Freebird Aerospace India Pvt Ltd and Accedere Tech Pvt Ltd), revenue rose to ₹365.39 lakhs and the company swung to a profit after tax of ₹19.84 lakhs versus a loss of ₹7.09 lakhs in FY24. The Board also appointed Mr. Kunal Chaudhary, son of Managing Director Mr. Ashwin Chaudhary, as Executive Additional Director. Statutory auditors Gupta Raj & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
This is a clearly positive set of numbers for shareholders — sharp revenue growth, a turnaround in consolidated profitability, and improved operating cash flow (₹68.82 lakhs vs ₹22.43 lakhs). However, cash on hand dropped sharply from ₹235.81 lakhs to ₹35.85 lakhs due to heavy capex of ₹273.18 lakhs, which investors should monitor. The related-party director appointment may also draw governance attention.
