Accelya Solutions India Limited submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 45,306 lakhs from Rs. 50,123 lakhs in the prior year, a decline of roughly 9.6%. Standalone profit after tax dropped to about Rs. 9,360 lakhs from Rs. 13,037 lakhs, a ~28% fall, as total expenses rose ~14% to Rs. 34,492 lakhs, signalling cost pressure. Consolidated revenue also dipped to ~Rs. 51,079 lakhs from ~Rs. 54,039 lakhs, with consolidated PAT falling to ~Rs. 9,385 lakhs from ~Rs. 12,902 lakhs. Auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 40 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.
The double-digit profit decline despite a modest revenue drop points to meaningful margin compression, which could weigh on near-term investor sentiment. However, the clean audit opinion, continued healthy dividend payout of Rs. 40/share, and positive operating cashflows suggest the underlying business remains financially stable for shareholders.
