Accord Transformer & Switchgear shared FY26 results and outlook: total income of INR 70.60 crores, EBITDA of INR 7.31 crores (10.39% margin), and PAT of INR 4.50 crores. FY26 revenue dipped vs FY25 mainly due to INR 34 crores of customer-side project deferrals (renewable EPC sites delayed), not weak demand. Order book stood at INR 156 crores with bids worth INR 225 crores pending in MVVNL and Torrent Power tenders. Management guided FY27 revenue of INR 120–180 crores (60–80% growth), FY28+ growth of 30–50%, EBITDA margin target of 13–15%, and PAT margin of 9–11%. The company is expanding capacity (2.5 lakh sq ft land identified) to enter EHV transformers, and signed an MOU with Moscow for international technology/manufacturing partnership. NHEV EV highway project offers an INR 1,600 crores opportunity for compact substations (Accord has LOI). No dividend planned for 1–2 years as funds are being directed toward capex and working capital.
Positive near-term visibility from strong order book and explicit multi-year revenue/margin guidance; however, the sharp FY26 revenue dip and dependence on customer-side execution timelines remain risks. Expansion into EHV transformers and the EV highway project could materially expand TAM if execution holds.
