On the reaction day the stock moved 5.5 pts more than its Computers Hardware & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ACI Infocom approved the preferential allotment of 82,800,000 fully convertible warrants to 11 public investors at Rs 1.53 per warrant. Investors paid 25 percent, or Rs 31.671 million, with Rs 95.013 million due upon conversion within 18 months. The filing states paid-up equity capital would rise from Rs 142.491 million to Rs 432.291 million after full conversion.
Possible dilution if all warrants convert. The filing's post-conversion capital figures do not reconcile with the warrant count and issue price.
