ACI Infocom Ltd's board approved audited results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations was flat at around Rs 50 lakhs, while total revenue rose to Rs 138.77 lakhs from Rs 93.34 lakhs last year, driven mainly by other income. The company swung to a loss of Rs 53.16 lakhs for FY25, compared with a profit of Rs 10.80 lakhs in FY24. The main reason was a Rs 92.79 lakh provision for bad debts that pushed total expenses to Rs 185.08 lakhs. Operating cash flow also turned negative at Rs (22.17) lakhs against Rs 428.79 lakhs in the prior year. The statutory auditor (Agrawal Jain & Gupta) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
Despite a clean audit, retail investors should view this negatively—the swing from profit to loss, a sizeable bad-debt write-off, and negative operating cash flow signal weak earnings quality and collection issues.
