On the reaction day the stock moved 4.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.6 pts more than its Computers Hardware & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Proposed promoters Sanjay and Rupal Mandavia bought 3.20 crore shares and 1 crore convertible warrants via preferential allotment on 24 October 2026. With earlier holdings, they hold 3.5689 crore shares and 1 crore warrants: 25.05% of paid-up capital after the issue and 38.82% if all warrants convert. Both were allotted at Rs 1.53 each. Warrants can convert by 23 April 2028. A share offer to other shareholders is required before they take control.
The promoter group is set to gain control after the share offer, while warrant conversion will expand equity and dilute existing holders.
