Acme Solar's consolidated revenue for 9M FY26 rose about 60% year on year to Rs 14,755 million from Rs 9,182 million. Consolidated profit after tax climbed about 51 percent to roughly Rs 1,562 million versus Rs 1,033 million. Standalone revenue and profit declined as the EPC contracting business was weaker. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.20 per share (10 percent on face value of Rs 2), with February 6, 2026 as the record date. Exceptional items include contingent consideration received and ancillary costs on prepayment of borrowings by subsidiaries.
Strong consolidated revenue and profit growth is positive for shareholders, supported by a small interim dividend. Standalone weakness reflects lower EPC activity.
