Chairman Vijay Agarwal outlined FY25-26 results at the 32nd AGM. Revenue was broadly flat at Rs 3,273.68 cr, but EBITDA rose to Rs 622.36 cr and PAT grew to Rs 425.42 cr from Rs 403.64 cr. EPS stood at Rs 35.75. Board recommended a 100 percent final dividend of Rs 2 per share. ACE launched a 50:50 JV with Japan's KATO Works for heavy cranes and secured a major defence order for Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks. ACE holds over 63 percent mobile crane and around 60 percent tower crane market share in India and exports to 37 plus countries.
Profitability improved and dividend signals financial discipline. KATO JV and defence wins support future growth outlook and may lift stock sentiment.
