Adani Energy Solutions has allotted 2.16 crore equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to qualified institutional buyers at Rs 1,615 per share, raising Rs 3,500 crore. The issue price carries a 4.90 percent discount to the floor price of Rs 1,698.15. Issue opened July 27 and closed July 30, 2026. Major allottees include Aditya Birla Sun Life MF (22.86 percent), Prazim Trading (22.86 percent), SBI Life Insurance (10.29 percent), Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance (5.71 percent), and SBI Large Cap Fund (5.14 percent). Paid-up capital increased to Rs 1,222.95 crore.
