AESL posted consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 6,729.65 cr for Q3 FY26, up 15.4% YoY. 9M FY26 revenue grew 15.8% to Rs 20,144.76 cr. Q3 PAT was Rs 574.06 cr vs Rs 625.30 cr in Q3 FY25. 9M PAT surged to Rs 1,670.10 cr from Rs 208.03 cr, helped by absence of last year's Rs 1,506.02 cr exceptional loss on Dahanu power plant sale to a related party. Standalone Q3 PAT fell to Rs 114.21 cr from Rs 163.76 cr. Labour Code impact of Rs 92.95 cr taken in Q3. Total borrowings rose to Rs 47,548.45 cr; debt-equity at 1.89.
Revenue growth steady but Q3 PAT dipped YoY. High debt and new Labour Code provisions are near-term concerns. Results optically lifted by prior-year base effect.
