Unaudited Q2 FY27 operating revenue rose 51% to Rs 7,167 crore, EBITDA rose 67% to Rs 3,548 crore and profit after tax rose 145% to Rs 1,364 crore. In 1H FY27, revenue was Rs 14,351 crore and profit after tax was Rs 2,600 crore. Net debt to EBITDA improved to 3.63 times from 4.4 times. Two new projects added about Rs 1,474 crore of annual transmission tariff.
Likely positive: strong profit growth, a large order book and lower leverage support sentiment, though higher capital spending raises execution needs.
