Adani Enterprises filed a draft prospectus for a public issue of non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 1,000 each. Initial size is Rs 500 crores with an over-subscription option of another Rs 500 crores, totalling up to Rs 1,000 crores. This is part of the Rs 3,000 crore NCD plan approved by the board in October 2025. The draft has been filed with SEBI, BSE, and NSE.
First NCD tranche opens, raising up to Rs 1,000 crores. Adds to debt but no equity dilution for shareholders.
