Adani Enterprises reported its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs 5,642 crore, up 49% YoY, on total income of Rs 33,546 crore (up 50% YoY) for Q1 FY27. Airports EBITDA grew 49% to Rs 1,633 cr and Copper added Rs 749 cr. Profit before tax (excluding OFAC settlement) stood at Rs 1,295 cr. The firm posted a net loss of Rs 1,160 cr due to a one-time OFAC settlement of Rs 2,644 cr (USD 275 mn). It also raised Rs 15,000 cr via QIP in July 2026.
Record EBITDA signals strong core growth, but the OFAC settlement caused a net loss. The Rs 15,000 cr QIP strengthens the balance sheet.
