On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts more than Nifty 100 and 5.2 pts more than its Metals & Minerals Trading peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
SEBI's 18 September 2025 order ended its Hindenburg-linked review of Adani Enterprises without penalty. It found the loans routed through Milestone Tradelinks and Rehvar Infrastructure did not need reporting as dealings with related parties under rules applicable in FY2018-19 to FY2022-23, with no concealment scheme found. AEL borrowed Rs 9,594.44 crore from the two entities; all principal and interest were repaid by March 2023.
No penalty or trading ban was imposed, removing regulatory uncertainty and supporting sentiment, though Hindenburg-related reputational risk remains.
