Adani Green Energy reported Q3 FY26 results. Power supply revenue grew 21% YoY to Rs 2,420 Cr, but the quarter swung to a loss of Rs 98 Cr after tax (vs profit of Rs 400 Cr YoY), driven by 36% higher finance costs at Rs 1,698 Cr. 9M FY26 PAT pre-associate share fell to Rs 1,138 Cr from Rs 1,265 Cr. Operational capacity rose to 17,238 MW from 11,609 MW YoY. Exceptional items of Rs 111 Cr in 9M relate to borrowing refinancing costs. Auditors flagged US DOJ and SEC proceedings against certain directors as emphasis of matter.
Mixed: strong capacity addition and power revenue growth offset by rising finance costs, Q3 loss, and ongoing US legal overhang on directors.
