Further update on US Matter

Adani Green Energy has informed exchanges about a development in the US SEC civil complaint against Chairman Gautam Adani and relative Sagar Adani. Both parties have filed a joint request for entry of final judgment on consent before the US Eastern District NY Court. Under the proposed consent judgment, Mr. Gautam Adani will pay a civil penalty of USD 6 million and Mr. Sagar Adani will pay USD 12 million. They have consented to the judgment without admitting or denying the allegations in the complaint. The final judgment from the court is still awaited. Importantly, Adani Green Energy Limited is not a party to this proceeding and no charges have been brought against the company.
