On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts more than Nifty 100 and 3.4 pts more than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

GQG Partners LLC, a non-promoter FII, disclosed under SEBI Takeover Rules that its aggregate holding in Adani Green fell from 4.63% to 4.50%, a drop of about 21.4 lakh shares. The change came from an in-kind transfer following a client redemption by Australian Super, which fully exited the GQG-managed group. GQG and its PACs together now hold about 7.42 crore shares, down from 7.63 crore earlier.
Marginal FII stake decline driven by one client exit; broader GQG commitment largely intact. Not material for share price.
