Adani Total Gas delivered strong Q4FY26 and FY26 results with 14% volume growth to 1,133 MMSCM and 18% revenue growth to INR 6,415 crore. Despite geopolitical disruptions from West Asia causing higher LNG prices and currency volatility, the company maintained uninterrupted gas supply and grew EBITDA by 5% to INR 1,225 crore for FY26. Q4 saw 13% volume growth (297 MMSCM) and 13% EBITDA growth (INR 310 crore). Cost of natural gas rose 23% due to lower APM allocation and higher spot prices, but ATGL partially mitigated this through diversified sourcing. Infrastructure expanded with 705 CNG stations, ~1.1 million PNG home connections, and 5,100 EV charging points. PAT declined 2% YoY for FY26 due to higher gas costs but Q4 PAT grew 4% to INR 156 crore.
Strong operational execution drove revenue and volume growth despite headwinds, though margin expansion was limited by rising gas procurement costs. The company maintains a healthy balance sheet with Net Debt/EBITDA at 1.11x and AA+ credit rating.
